We have activities for most age groups, ranging from study groups to friendship and recreational groups.

Our Think-About-It group looks at current issue topics including ethical standards, and religion and politics. The Food and Faith group is a Biblical study group while having an evening meal; APW is the Iona branch of the Association of Presbyterian Women and usually has an outside speaker at each meeting, as well as raising funds for various causes. The Women's Focus Group is for women of roughly 30 to 50 years of age and meets in the evening to enable working women to attend.

Our Girls' Brigade Company supplements our Sunday children and youth groups, and provides girls from 5 to 18 and up with challenges which are both practical and spiritual.

The Iona Ramblers has members of all groups and has outings with walks in and around the city for 4 hours or so while the Friendship group is of those who are alone or lonely and meet for a social afternoon.

There is indeed something for everyone!
